In order to continually use the service, you will need to set up a subscription and a package of search credits.
Your subscription is charged monthly. It gives you access to the program, allows you to revisit and update your projects, and it stores and automatically updates your data.
Your credit package is a one-time charge. Credits allow you to locate properties and create new projects. As long as you have a current subscription, credits don’t expire. Purchase additional credits as needed.
The first time you search for a property, you use a search credit. After that, all additional views of that property via the Project List are covered by your subscription.
