Pro, Team, Group and Enterprise plans provide access to Go iLawn and Go iPave for more than one user. Once subscribed to one of these plans, you can add usernames to your account.
The user who established the account is the account administrator (this can be changed once other users are established), and can add and change usernames on the account.
To Access the Admin Control Panel and Add Users:
- Click on the arrow next to your email address in the top right corner of your screen
- Select "Account Admin" from the drop down menu.
- Add the name and email address for the new user in the "Add User" box on the top left side of the screen, and select the Invite User Button.
- The new user will receive an email to set a password and access the account.
Once the user is added, you can change their permission status from User, to Manager or Admin. A manager can see all of the projects for all of the users on the account. An admin can see the projects as well as purchase credits for the account, and change a user's status.
